The Massana Wellness Coaching Program Outlined:

Studies show that it takes 40 days to change old patterns, 90 days to create a new one and 180 days for mastery.   Devote the time now to your well-being resulting in greater quality of life now and in later years. 

45-minute appointments, includes celebration of your progress, recommendations and full set of notes:
     Set realistic, measureable wellness goals; refined until achieved
     Your progress:  Time to celebrate your successes, share your frustrations, and get positive feedback
     Food Mood Awareness Journal:  To keep you focused and aware

Main topics of discussion per session:
Plant food:  Vegetables, Fruits, Grains and Beans
Plant food techniques:  Food prepping techniques; experiment with new plant food to find a fit; sample healthy-on-the-go energy snacks; explore food habits; design your own unique plant food pyramid based on your own data; discuss/deconstruct cravings and stimulants (i.e. coffee, sugar, etc.); energetic of food (i.e. greens vs. carrots)
Wellness Choices:  How to make better choices?  When is the most challenging time to be healthy? With friends?  At home?  At restaurants? On the go?
Nutrition basics:  Carbohydrates, fats, protein, vitamins and minerals
Water essentials
Intuition and digestion - food combining
Menu plan - unique to fit your life. 
Weekly grocery list including the staple foods for your unique constitution
Life:   Relationships; career; spirituality, and physical activity
Being yourself
Detox:  The importance of seasonal fasting
Future:  Review all progress; review what makes up a healthy diet; what do you want to accomplish in the near future

Dietary Recommendations:
     Easy to implement dietary changes
     Easy to follow recipes 
     Ongoing review and support of your diet in every session
      Introduction to new foods, sampling of food included at times

Handouts:  Recipes, new plant food,  nutrition information, book recommendations, food equipment and helpful gadgets, website links and other material
