First step to transform deep rooted habits is to become aware of them.  Writing and drawing are ways to listen to your bodies.  You will learn how to pay attention to the sensations in your body as it relates to what you eat and how you feel. 

Our approach is to give more attention to the signals of the body than to the tricks of the mind.  With this approach, you are being guided by your own experience.  Rather than, the intellectual thoughts which has been influenced from

witnessing it is as if you are observing someone else’s patterns and habits.  You will learn techniques on how to observe situations by cultivating the witness state of being, writing/drawing is taking place and you are just simply witnessing it happening.  As you proceed in your food mood awareness exercises, you will objectively see patterns and begin the first step in the process of transformation:  Awareness.
